Common questions.

Where do we start?

With a free 20-minute call. We go through your Key Person Risk score, and if there's a fit the next step is a Key Person Risk Review.

Why start with a diagnostic?

Because the risk is rarely where owners expect it. The diagnostic finds it, ranks it, and makes sure we fix the right thing first instead of building tools nobody needs.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the business and how much lives in people's heads. After the diagnostic we give you a firm timeline in writing, before any building starts.

What does it cost?

The call is free. The Review and everything we build after it are a fixed price, agreed before we start, and each step is credited against the next, so you never pay twice.

Is this just AI?

AI helps us work faster, and some of what we build uses it. But what you're buying is the result: a business that doesn't depend on one person. Most of the work is listening, writing things down and building carefully.

Do we need a technical team?

No. We build it, install it, train your people and stay with it. If your team can use email, they can use what we leave behind.

Will it work with the software we already use?

Almost certainly. We build on what you already have, from Xero and MYOB to Microsoft 365, Google and the job management tools most trades and service businesses use. We'll check your setup on the first call.

What if our key person feels we're replacing them?

We hear this often. We work with your people, not around them. Once what they know is written down they stop being the only one who can answer, which usually means fewer interruptions and a proper holiday.

Is our information safe?

We agree in writing how your information is stored and who can see it before we start. Your information stays yours and is never used to train public AI models.

What happens after it's built?

We stay. We check in, fix what needs fixing, and keep the playbooks current as your business changes. When you're ready for what's next, the business is too.
