Your Grok Bot Grok Bot team, working before you are.

We set up Grok Bots on your email in one session. Every morning they tell you what's waiting, with replies already drafted. You check them and press Send.

Chief
Morning. Email shows these as open. Which are done?
  1. Smith quote, asked for a revised price on Thursday. Reply drafted.
  2. Warehouse order 4471, template filled in for you to check.
  3. Yesterday the team filed 14 supplier invoices and logged two new leads.

I also followed up three of last week's leads as drafts. Want this every week?

The Smith one was sorted by phone. The rest look good.
Got it. I'll stop raising quotes you've handled by phone.

Sample team. Your bots are named and briefed for your business.

Most AI tools wait to be asked. Busy owners stop asking.

A chat window is useful for a fortnight, then it's one more app you forget to open. We set your Grok Bots up to come to you, on a timetable, with the work already done.

It turns up on time

The morning brief and the Friday scorecard arrive whether or not you thought about it that day.

It does the job on three real emails

Each new job arrives already done on three of your own emails, with one question: want this every week?

It counts work handed over

Your scorecard counts the jobs your bots do every week without being asked. Chatting with them scores nothing.

It learns what email can't see

Tell it a job was handled by phone and it remembers, so it stops raising that kind of item.

Your bots

One lead bot you talk to. A few helpers that do the work.

We design your team from how your day runs. The lead bot is the only one you talk to; the helpers report to it, each with its own weekly timetable.

Daily
The setup

Most of the work happens before we meet. You get one focused session.

We learn how your day runs first, so the session is spent switching your bots on and watching them work on your own email.

1A few days before

Show us yesterday

A short form with only the questions you can answer, and a 20-minute screen share: "show me how you got through yesterday".

2Before the session

We design your bots

One lead bot plus a few helpers for the jobs that eat your week. Each gets a written brief and a timetable.

3The session

Connect and go live

We connect your email, calendar and files, load the briefs, and every bot runs once on today's real work while you watch.

4The next morning

Your first brief lands

Then your first Friday scorecard, a 15-minute call on day 14, and a review on day 30.

Day one

You leave the session with your Time Back Report.

Your bots read back through your email and find the work that keeps coming round. The report ranks it, names your biggest win, and becomes the list they work through, one job at a time.

  • Your biggest win, in your own words
  • The repeat jobs it found, with hours against each
  • Yours to keep, whether or not you carry on

Your first 30 days

Two calls with us. The rest of the time, your bots come to you.

Day 0

Setup session with us

Bots built, connected and run once on your real email. Your Time Back Report is delivered.

Day 1

First morning brief

What's waiting on you, oldest first, with replies drafted.

Day 3

Your top job, already done

The first job from your report, done on three real emails. Want this every week?

Day 7

First Friday scorecard

Your biggest win first, then hours handed over against your report.

Day 14

15-minute check-in with us

We read the scorecard with you and clear whatever is stuck.

Day 21

Your biggest win, running weekly

Set up as a weekly routine and shown to you once.

Day 30

Graduation report

What's now handed over against what the report found. The brief and the scorecard keep coming after that.

How you know it's working

Six levels, each one a job you no longer do.

Your lead bot moves you up a level only when it can see the proof itself, so you never fill anything in.

  1. 1

    Connected

Setup done and your Time Back Report delivered.

  2. 2

    Morning brief

You've read three briefs and replied to one.

  3. 3

    First job handed over

One job from your report runs every week.

  4. 4

    Trusted

You've given it one rule to act on alone, such as replies to your own team.

  5. 5

    Biggest win running

Your biggest win has its own weekly routine.

  6. 6

    Team

A staff member has their own bot on their own login.

Who presses Send

You do. Every time it matters.

Anything going to a customer, supplier or anyone outside your business waits as a draft until you send it. The only email your bots send by themselves is the brief and the scorecard, to you.

Outlook Gmail Microsoft 365 Google Drive SharePoint
  • You choose what, if anything, a bot may send alone, one rule at a time, and you can take it back.
  • Email can't see your phone calls, so your bots ask "is this done?" and remember your answer.
  • For any other system a bot logs in to, we check its terms with you first, or it stays with you.
  • Your first result is small, correct and on today's real work, so you can check it yourself.
FAQ

Common questions.

What is Grok Bot?

AI teammates from xAI that you can give real work to. They connect to your email, calendar and files and come back with finished work. Our setup gives them your business, a timetable and a list of jobs.

Who are Future Foundry?

Three Canberra partners who met through Sunstak, the solar and battery installer. We set Grok Bot up for owners, train you on it, and stay with you for the first 30 days.

What does it cost?

The first call is free. The setup is a fixed price, agreed before we start. Your Grok subscription is paid to xAI directly, so you can see exactly what you pay for the tool.

I already use ChatGPT. Is this different?

ChatGPT answers when you ask. Your Grok Bots, set up this way, message you every morning with work already done on your inbox, and track what they've taken off your plate.

Can the bots send emails without me?

Only to you. Everything else is a draft until you press Send. Later you can give a bot a rule to act alone on something small, such as replies to your own team.

Do I need a Mac?

Grok Bot runs as a Mac app, and you can message your bots from an iPhone too. We'll check your setup on the free call.

How long is the session?

Plan for about 90 minutes. The preparation happens beforehand, so the session is spent connecting your accounts and watching each bot run on your own email.

Can my team have bots too?

Yes. Each person gets their own bots on their own login, and a shared team bot can hold what the whole business knows. That is level 6.

Start with a free call. We'll tell you which jobs your bots could take off your week.
