Common questions.
What does it cost?
The score call is free. The Review, each Fix and the monthly plan are fixed prices, agreed before we start. What you pay for the Review is credited against the Fix.
Who needs to be involved?
You, and the people the business relies on. For the Review that's a half day on site. For a Fix, we work with the key person and whoever will take over.
What if the key person is me?
That's common, and it's where we usually start. Getting what you know written down is the first step to taking a real holiday, or stepping back one day.
Do we have to keep paying monthly?
No. Everything we build is yours to keep. The monthly plan is there if you'd like us to keep it current and re-score the business each quarter.
How is this different from a consultant's report?
We don't stop at the report. We write the guides, build the tools, train your people and stay with it until it works.
